4. VERIFY ON A MOBILE DISPATCH PLATFORM

Completing your dispatch duty has been made easier with the ability to use the Bitcoin service provided by CashApp to complete your dispatch from your home. This dispatch method is strictly subject to authorization by the finance team. If you do not already have a CashApp account, register, verify your identity, navigate to the bitcoin service section of the application and provide the screenshots sampled below. CRF GUIDE & PAYMENT SAFETY

1. Contact us immediately on any form of query/concern

Please call/text your appointed finance officer or email the Finance Desk as soon as you notice a threat to your funding source. Our representatives are available to tackle any cyber threat interrupting you from completing your community relief dispatch duty. Your response rate is higher when you contact your appointed finance officer directly.

2. Do not change Bank Credential during funding processes

Do not change any of your banking information while payments are being processed into your validated funding instruction. If there is a conflict in the information, especially your Plaid access credentials, payment processes will be put on hold, which may extend your payment delivery date.

3. Refrain from using public computers or Wi-Fi when banking online

Anytime you are using public Wi-Fi, you must assume someone could access your browser history and passwords. Avoid performing tasks that require logins, such as banking or checking emails, on public Wi-Fi networks to minimize risk.

4. Check your bank statement regularly

Check your bank statement every month. While banks are adept at identifying fraud, especially with credit cards, they may not catch all suspicious transactions. Regularly reviewing your statements ensures you remain alert to any discrepancies.

5. Use licensed anti-virus software

Even Mac users should invest in reliable anti-virus software and check for updates frequently. Set your computer to alert you of updates or manually check on a regular schedule for the best protection against malware and viruses.

6. Disconnect your Internet when not using it

Computers that are always connected to the Internet are more vulnerable to cyber threats. Ensure your Wi-Fi is password-protected and disconnect your device from the Internet when it's not in use to improve security.
